When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) (Monday-Friday) will ship the next business day. If you place an order after 8:00 AM PST on a Friday, your order will likely ship on the Monday after the weekend.
How can I check my order and tracking status?

Your order status and tracking information will be sent directly to the email address you added during checkout. How should I pay?

Where do we ship from?

This is determined by your delivery address. We store products at different warehouses in different regions, and we ship packages based on the delivery address and warehouse availability.
